Each home purchase includes a dedicated boat slip for year-round use. The dock structures will only be made available to the Hideaway community. Early bird reservations for PWC ports are available.

The community salt water pool will be dedicated solely to the Hideaway homeowners with keyed access, his and hers bath house, grilling area, golf cart and vehicle parking, and generous lake views.

24 units within 4 buildings, made first available to the Hideaway residents. Options for large boat storage, vehicle storage, and general-purpose storage are available.
